ATTENDANCE PREREQUISITES  You must be a Caregiver over the age of 18, provide proof of your Covid-19 vaccination prior to arrival, pay your non-refundable deposit of $50.00 dollars, and sign the disclaimer (you will receive in Retreat Welcome Package after deposit). Final Payment & Registration Deadline: Fri., Oct., 8^th 2021 via Cash App or Personal Check.

Retreat Price Inclusions: Shared room/Twin Beds $150.00 x’s two nights 3 days, snacks, and all meals/beverages except Saturday night dinner/beverages at restaurant. Private bedroom $200.00 includes same as above. In the three-bedroom cabin, there will be three/four guest with two shared bathrooms. In the two-bedroom cabin there will be two/three guest (this is an ADA cabin) with one bathroom shared.  If you prefer not to stay overnight at Grassy Pond but wish to attend the retreat, your cost is $50.00.  This includes Saturday dementia workshop and lunch from (9 AM-2 PM) and Sunday Gospel Brunch (9 AM).

Grassy Pond Activities: Billiards room, Nature Walking Trails, Fishing, Canoes, and Pedal Boats.  Scholarship: Co-caregiver family discount (to apply send an email of request, details will then be provided).  Airport: Jacksonville Airport in Florida is a ninety (90) minute drive time to Grassy Pond. You are responsible for transportation to and from retreat location.
